Hyperdrug, an industry leading pet pharmaceutical online business, with a turnover of over £7.5m challenged Agency51 to overhaul their website.
Hyperdrug was looking to re-platform from a highly customised bespoke system. With established business processes and legal requirements governing the sale of many of their products, the functional requirements were not open for negotiation.

The Approach
Hyperdrug had complex requirements for a solution to integrate prescriptions into their ordering system.
Not only did the new website need to easily upload and process prescriptions, it also needed to provide licensed medical product support to customers. In addition, Hyperdrug needed the site to support a range of complex stock inventory and delivery options

Migration of reviews over to the new site, including the addition of more advanced individual product reviews
The Outcomes
The new Hyperdrug site offers a secure robust platform with more features and functionality to drive sales.
Delivered on-time and to budget, the website has increased conversion rates, increased average order values, gained higher search engine rankings and reduced the Hyperdrug administrative overhead.
The Hyperdrug website was nominated for BigCommerce Award – EMEA Creative Problem-Solving Award 2022/23.
