Videcon had a vision for its technology, centred on modernisation and best of breed. This included a complete overhaul of both its legacy ERP system (Access Dimensions) and its old transactional business-to-business (B2B) website. After an in-depth procurement process, they opted for the NetSuite ERP but required an ecommerce platform that was flexible, scalable and capable of streamlining operations, supporting complex pricing, and integrating seamlessly with their new ERP.
